We have applied many innovations to the principle of diaphragm pumping resulting in the present system. Experience has shown that these pumps operate successfully at many different pressures and temperatures. Pressures range from 100 to 3000 metres head and the UHPSP has proven in service to be superior to conventional centrifugal slurry pumps. Standard models in the range cover rates of flow from 1.5m3/h to 200m3/h and special designs are available above this range. The greatly reduced maintenance requirements resulting from using the UHPSP  will lead to it being adopted as the standard type of pump for highly viscous and abrasive slurries at high heads
